• MAR chart — a full Medication Administration Record for each resident. Manage the prescribed medication list (routine and PRN), sign off each dose with status (given, refused, not required, away from home, or omitted), and log PRN administrations with reason and time. Controlled drugs are flagged separately.
• Daily log medication — record which medications were administered during a shift, including dose, time given, and whether prescribed or over-the-counter.
